I hold a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology (2006). I have been Licensed as a Psychologist since 2007.
I have extensive experience providing therapy and assessments to children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in in-patient hospitals, forensic units, out-patient hospital clinics, and private-practice settings. I specialize in treating trauma-related issues, depression and anxiety disorders, parenting issues, and child and adolescent emotional and behavioral concerns. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, an effective and time-efficient treatment approach. See more about EMDR on the Services page.
I have expertise and interest in the field of Positive Psychology and Resiliency. I see "problems" as "challenges" and "opportunities to grow". I am dedicated to helping clients make positive changes in their lives, and overcome adversity.
